• No attorney-client relationship is formed by using this Service.
• Our analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
• Our analysis does not constitute legal advice, legal opinions, or recommendations on which you should solely rely.
• We do not guarantee that our analysis is complete, accurate, current, or applicable to your specific legal situation.
• Laws vary by state and jurisdiction. Our analysis may not account for jurisdiction-specific rules that apply to your contract.
• You should not make any legal or business decision based solely on our analysis without consulting a licensed attorney.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Payment and refunds

The Service requires payment before analysis is delivered. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may change with notice.

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Payment is required in full before your contract is reviewed.
• Refund policy: If our system fails to process your document entirely and no report is delivered, you are entitled to a full refund. If a report is delivered, the payment is non-refundable, regardless of whether you agree with the analysis. Disagreement with our AI's findings is not grounds for a refund.
• Subscription plans (where available) may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload documents containing content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third party's rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce our analysis methodology or prompt systems.
• Use the Service to provide legal advice to third parties for compensation.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize our reports without written permission.
• Use automated systems to submit contracts in bulk without prior written agreement.
• Upload documents you do not have the right to share.

7. Intellectual property

The ContractVerdict website, brand, design, and underlying systems are owned by ContractVerdict and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

The analysis reports we generate for you are provided for your personal or business use only. You own the right to use your individual report but may not resell or redistribute reports to others.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ContractVerdict's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or legal costs arising from reliance on our analysis.
• We are not liable for any legal outcome resulting from a contract you signed or declined to sign based on our analysis.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular result will be achieved. AI-generated analysis may contain mistakes, and you use the Service at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ContractVerdict and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
